Background Information: Trash can liner, being petroleum based, are susceptible to volatile price fluctuations. Prices have already increased 10-12% thus far this year and our suppler, Hillyard Chemical (via 1GPA), has been notified they should expect 2 more increases before the end of summer. However, Hillyard Chemical has guaranteed the district it's current contract price if it purchases stock by June 1, 2017.
